  • Key activities: Hosts , Saudi Arda performance , coffee men & cultural activations, Musicians.  
  • Scope of the event: We managed all final matches in Jeddah, coordinating 22 kids per match (up to 44 on double-match days) to walk with players into the field. Our responsibilities included:
    Coordinating with parents, delivering uniforms, and organizing rehearsals
  • Managing kid logistics: transportation, meals, entertainment, and safety
    Handling last-minute changes and ensuring smooth operations on match day
    We also managed VIP experiences like the coin toss (with captains and referees) and the final
    whistle, giving VIPs pitch-side access during the last 10 minutes of the game.
    It wasn’t just a game — it was two weeks of nonstop planning, coordination, and flawless execution.
